Examples of recent solutions:

 

Problem:  A medical staffing agency suddenly pulled out their Respiratory Therapists (RT's) from a hospital because of a payment problem through some Staffing Association in Michigan.

 

Solution:  We were able to send in some excellent RT's, and recruit a new pool of RT's from the area.

 


 

Problem:  A mid-sized healthcare system lost their HIM Director.

 

Solution:  We provided a great interim leader that stabilized, reenergized and reorganized the department according to guidelines set up by senior leadership.  In addition, we recruited for a long-term replacement.

 


 

Problem:  A hospital saw a sudden increase of patients in their ICU during the Holidays and one of their nurses was on vacation.

 

Solution:  We were able to provide them with a great local contract ICU RN for 4 weeks (no travel expenses) and per diem ICU RN's as needed during the peak times.

 


 

Problem:  Due to an increase in patient census, a hospital saw an increase in their inpatient coding backlog.

 

Solution:  We utilized our Clear Medical Network to immediately provide an experienced, credentialed coder who helped fix the backlog within a couple of days.

 


 

Problem:  The Administrator of a 150 bed skilled nursing and rehab facility had to take a sudden medical leave.
